Re: Boerejongens

If I am not mistaken their opening times are 11:00AM to 1:00AM(They open at 10AM but if you go then you will catch them cleaning up and at 11:00 you stand a better chance of getting freshly refilled produce). Also orle next time you go be sure to try the Amazing Haze(11e/g).

Re: Hugo de Groot

I doubt they read the forum but don't sweat it. Give it a couple of months and try them again when a Hugo special day comes. And if you need a replacement budget coffeeshop, since I stopped hitting Hugo I've been getting from Papillon. Not as cheap as Hugo on a special day but if you get 5g its 15% ...

Re: Hugo de Groot

There have been certain batches that I sampled that were below par. They were badly flushed in all cases and dry in some of them. The effects on my throat were also pronounced (burning sensation when inhaling, irritation and puss-y flem). I usually give them a month and try again. Haven't been there...

Re: Hugo de Groot

Checked the gruis out this morning! It was looking really well, a great deal better than Katsu's current gruis offering. I went for the lemon haze though (kudos to Winnie for the tip) but I will try it the next few days!

Re: Neo's VIP Bud List

Purchase Date 7/9/2011 Kushes seem to be going strong at the dam so naturally I could help but sample what two of the best coffeshops in Amsterdam have to offer. Here it goes! Voyager’s Coffeeshop – Kandy Kush [13,5e/g] The buds are large, compact and absolutely sticky with resin as you can see from...

Re: strain hunters morocco

Is that it ? Is that just the taster or the actual "documentary" ? Some interesting stuff but it could have been a whole lot better , look what they have access to ffs !!! +1 I thought the same myself! It felt more like a (poorly cut) travel video rather than a doc. Plus what do you all t...

Re: Katsu

I would go for NL Silverpearl at this moment as the BLW I had yesterday at Katsu is certainly strong but it is not the best example I had there. The OG18 is also a bargain strength and price wise.

Myself I've been using lately a very sharp chef's knife and a cutting board. I find that it leaves most of the trichs on the herb wasting less in the process.

Tried gardela yesterday! A trully nice hash. Shame the price has gone up to 15e/g. I was so stoked to find a good soft hash for 13 and was a bit dissapointed but the high didn't dissapoint.
