Why don’t you check out the studios in Amsterdam from this site? The last time I went, they said they are smoke friendly. I know it’s already too late for this year but maybe it’s an opportunity for next year or some other time.

this would really suck! but i kind of understand that dam doesn't want too many tourist to just stop by for a smoke, especially if its next to schools. that i understand, but it still sucks!
