Re: Clubs in Santa Cruz de Tenerife
Back now from Tenerife. Didn´t end up finding any place in Santa Cruz or La Laguna, but I know they exist (there are a bunch registered with the govt.) From what I can tell, the scene in the North and the South of the island are pretty separate; nobody I met in the clubs along the beach had much kno...

Clubs in Santa Cruz de Tenerife
I noticed that Weedmaps doesn't show any clubs around the city Santa Cruz de Tenerife (though there are plenty in Costa Adeje). I was wondering if anyone knew of any or whether the city is less cannabis-friendly than the more touristy areas?

Re: Christ are we doing this again? Tourist ban??
On the absolute other end...I do understand- I live in NYC and I know the city depends on tourists.....but without them the city is lovely. The places that were meant for residents are emptied of tourist and are wonderful...you can walk down the street without people blocking sidewalks and gawking,...

Look up clubs on Weedmaps and shoot them an email. There are plenty in Las Palmas which welcome you.

Re: Best club in Barcelona?
I'd say my personal favorites are Doctor Resin in the Sants neighborhood and Club Choko in Urquinaona. Both have pretty decent weed and hash and have a really friendly atmosphere.

Re: Madrid question
Russ is no longer involved in the Spanish cannabis association scene, but there's a woman named Jackie Brown who took over. You should be able to contact her via marijuagames.org. When I went, she got me into 2 clubs; los Secretos de Maria and Green Shot; I prefer the latter (Secretos de Maria charg...
Zaragoza
Hello, everybody. I'm moving to Zaragoza for the year and was wondering if anyone had experiences with the club, public attitudes towards weed here, or just some suggestions for the city. Google searches only bring up one or two locations and I don't know any members who could fill me in on the atmo...

Re: 21 year limit in coffeeshops?
Some places do, some places don't. I believe that a lot of the 21+ places do that because they were caught with underagers inside and one of the conditions of restoring their license was to increase the age limit. When I was under 21(quite a while ago), I saw a couple of "21+ only" signs a...

Re: Fl: Medical marijuana bills even Charlotte's Web are dea
This is kind of good news in a way. Most people are expecting Florida to pass a watered-down, worthless MMJ bill to prevent a real MMJ law being passed via referendum in 2016. One of the major reasons for this is because pot laws bring out the youth vote and help Democratic turnout. As much as patie...

I haven't taken the tour you suggest but I would recommend contact Russ at Marijuana games. Nice guy, has good connections in the Barcelona cannabis world. And he doesn't ask for any kind of payment.

Yeah, your problem is more likely to be with the UK than with coffeeshops or the NL. Island nations can be very strict when it comes to bringing in animals, even if it's an animal that came from that country but traveled abroad with its owner. This is assuming you're in the UK(given your reference t...

Re: Club Media
Yeah, I went again to Club Media a few days ago. No problem being buzzed in after buying some weed. As others said, it's either a private party-type situation or a "don't like the cut of your jib" situation if you were refused entry. Just look presentable, be polite and buy some weed and y...

Re: de Graal
The old crew is gone (only 2 of them still work there sometimes) the "wife" of the owner now runs the show. Quality went down. Service is gone. The nice atmosphere has been replaced with a very bad vibe. Fuck this place What a shame! Will wander down to Club Media if that's the case. Cant...

Re: How Are You Smoking Your Hash?
You have a couple of options. You can mix it in with weed in a joint but the problem with this is that it seems like it wastes a lot of the hash- every time I smoke a joint like this, it seems like the hash burns fastest right after I've finished inhaling the (mostly weed) smoke(ie, on the inhale, i...

Re: Food Worth Flying For: Best Apple Cake in All of Amsterd
Right up the street, Cafe Papeneiland does a pretty good appletaart, too. And the building is really charming and there's usually space available.
