My general rule for finding a decent Chinese (or other ethnic) restaurant. This only works in areas with a decent sized population of the specific ethnic group. Walk down Zeedijk and check the menus. Looks like I will be able to catch the tail end of 4-20 week. I'm arriving on April 22 and leaving on May 2. Should be recovered from the flight in time to see Chop on Saturday or at least meet up with y'all at Katsu a bit later.

Lots of cool things pretty close to Amsterdam.
