Walking the streets of Amsterdam you quickly notice a Wok restaurant on every corner. After reading sub-par reviews of these places I swore to steer clear, but when I stumbled upon Wok to Home... something was different. I am a sucker for un-pretentious restaurants (aka "hole in the walls"...

I was directed by a local to go to Baton and try the chef's roasted chicken with Ravigotte Sauce on a Chiabatta bun. Its around 5 Euros and it is amazing! One of the best sandwhiches I have ever had. Thanks to all this weather it looks like the canals in Amsterdam are going to freeze for the 2nd time in 12 years :D So I have my skates packed up and am heading down for some skaing and toking!
