In all the years I've visited XXX, yearly since 2004, I don't think I have ever visited a CS w/out buying cannabis. Sometimes it is just a pre-rolled that I do not even enjoy while at the shop, favoring something I bought elsewhere. Honestly, I always just kind of assumed it was required of tourists...
