Poet de leeuw does not have numbered steaks . You may be thinking of Brasserie de Poort in Amsterdam next to Magna Plaza which does have numbered steaks and are pricy

Your only problem with the NH Schiphol Airport Hotel is the hotel shuttle is free from airport to hotel but to get the shuttle from hotel to airport you need a ticket from front desk that costs 5 euros. There is a local bus stop around the corner near the McDonald's.
