Re: How long until...
Flight leaves in an hour, so barring an Easyjet fiasco I should be touching down in Mokum in about 2.5 hours. It's been almost 2 years since I was last there. It's like Christmas Eve. Guinness and Laphroaigs at the airport bar are going down a treat

Re: Recommendations for the best Italian Restaurants in Dam?
Had a really nice meal in Italia Oggi on my last visit. It's pretty central and well worth a visit. Didn't try their pizzas but the pasta dishes were excellent.

Re: Scottish Independence Referendum 18/09/14
It's a total nightmare, but 45% is a respectable figure, and when, not if, they break the vows they were forced into,and/or we are dragged out of the EU by lunatics, we are well in. I'm not sure we'll get another chance within the next 15-20 years. Our best bet is that the UKIP screwballs hold some...

Re: Green Place
Disappointed that the White Chocolope doesn't seem to be on the menu here any more. Always got through a few grams of that when I'm over there. Any one know of any other shops that have it in just now?

Four weeks today
Getting married two days beforehand and it's safe to say that my fiancée and myself are both looking forward to our honeymoon almost as much as the wedding itself.

Absolutely sickened by the scenes in Glasgow last night. Fat mouth-breathing huns burning Saltires and attacking women for having the audacity to carry a flag.

Do we get ripped off by a bunch of self-serving wankers in Westminster, or a bunch of self-serving wankers in Edinburgh? It's a tough one right enough. I literally won't make my mind up til I'm in the polling booth. To be honest, I'll probably just draw a massive penis on the voting slip.

When I was a kid, we used to tell a joke, or sing, or something in return for some sweeties. Now the little fuckers just stand there holding their bags open so I turn the lights off at Halloween and ignore the doorbell.
