1. Smoke less. Only take 1-2 hits from a joint and wait. By that, the high doesn't kick in that brutally and you can build it up softly and see where it leads. I'd have a look at CS Paradox's outdoor strains "Bio Green" and "Purple". Way better than shitty Thai, but weak enough to not really effect good hash.
