Re: Congratulations, Dimon
Congratulations, Dimon. Welcome to American citizenship. Be proud of it. Be a good example of it. I'm sure you can and will. I'm a natural born and raised American citizen, and proud of it. I love my country, with all its faults, because of its virtues. I do not, however, feel we do not need or can...

I blew £900 in 5 days on my last trip to the dam. I know that because my friendly bank manager sent me a letter asking me if I was aware that £900 had been spent on my account in Amsterdam and it had caused me to miss payments which they had helpfully added their own charges to. I will admit, I rea...

So Expensive
I am trying with all my might to make it to Amsterdam and London in January, but the weak dollar is making it nearly impossible. Prices of hotels and airfare have been rising steadily for years now. I have visited Amsterdam 6 times and have been to over 10 European countries since my first visit in ...

Resin
I have no shame in scraping off my pipe and smoking resin when I'm out of weed, but I was wondering how much THC is generally in it. I'm sure it depends on the quality of the original weed put into the pipe- so my real question is how diluted is resin compared to weed? I seem to get relatively high ...

Bellvue Hotel
Being from New york, we know that Belelvue is a term for a mental hospital. My father was actually born in Bellevue and this explains MUCH. These days, it is just an ordinary hospital for regular sick people. HAHAHHAHAHAHAHAH.

Missing Amsterdam
Once you are there it is a curse. You will only dream to be there every night. I have been bitten 6 times. Now I have to lead a regular life of trying to make money and all that.

I am a New Yorker who has visited Amsterdam six times, so I feel I am qualified to give my 2 cents worth. Here goes: My favorite shop though has to be Rokerij II on Singel. The thing that really makes this place special is the windowed seating area in the front, where you can puff while watching the...

What clientele is there hanging out in the Grasshopper? Younger people around 20, or older people or just mixed up? There is a very diverse crowd; all ages, nationalities, etc. Like I said in my original post, the great thing about the place is the mix of people, many of whom just got off the train...

Don't really see the point of boasting how much you smoke myself. I couldn't agree more. The point is the quality of the experience, not the quantity of the smoke. Most people would rather smoke a nice, relaxing joint and sit back and chill, than take 75 bong hits and fall stone cold onto the floor...

First Post (Some Reviews)
This is my first post, so I figure I'll start with a couple of reviews. I have been to Amsterdam 6 times (from New York). First, a lot of people give the Grasshopper a bad rap- and I think this is a little unfair. Yeah, it's a touristy, overpriced place, and the weed isn't the best in the Dam. That ...
