I've just ordered an ov-chipkaart and used Hotel Atlantis as my address (they said it was ok) It cost about £7 and is valid for 5 years. Displays fine Lemming. Only tiny thing is the header and footer menus (whos in town etc) go slightly off centre when you go down to mobile view.
