Depends on “which” case you are referencing TT and TwoC. I am familiar with “Liebeck v. McDonald's Restaurants” and no offense taken at the condescension just in case you are interested (lol). Whether the plaintiff (Liebeck) should have been awarded the suit or to what degree can be argued BOTH ways...
