Re: THC test time: How to calculate the amount of THC you’re toking in a joint
First, I hate to break it to you, but your Kush joint is not actually 15 percent THC. The THC in flower or bud is mostly in the non-psychoactive acid form, THCA. After the joint is sparked, the heat from burning converts THCA to psychoactive THC, a process known as decarboxylation. According to The...

Re: THC test time: How to calculate the amount of THC you’re toking in a joint
The biggest eye popping information in that article was the waste in a joint. Wow! Are you really that surprised? Joints burn when they're not actively being smoked, and loss is inevitable even if you have a large circle of stoners who are perfectly organised when it comes to puffing and passing (s...

Re: Vape Pens in Amsterdam (Desperate)
I've seen them in Katsu for around €20, but not always, and once it was a knock-off version called Amused or somesuch. And I'm sure there must be some shop in the Dam that has it, given the sheer number of shops. But if you look around on the net, you can find one for £10 or so, and frankly that's w...

Re: Arrival rituals
I know, but I've never stayed in one that doesn't have a place where you can drop your bags even if your room isn't ready, to save carting things round until the afternoon.

Re: Forum software upgrade
Just noticed that the search facility doesn't seem to be working, at least for me. Neither of them. The top one I can't set focus to, and one in blue pretends to search, but doesn't. Can others do anything with them?

F5 on computer and clearing cache on phone worked for me. And cheers for all the hard work.

Re: London: Where to score?
Can't say I've heard of anything new round my way. But I picked up something at my usual notshop yesterday, where the standard Moroccan has been a bit better than usual. Or I'm more desperate. Combined with some very nice Amnesia, or Blue Cheese, or, well, whatever's on offer from the multidrugman (...

Stupid things you did in place of cannabis
OK, by definition not cannabis, but it the topic seemed to belong here rather than in any other forum. What you did when you were (probably) young and (even more probably) not using those little grey cells to their full extent. I missed out on the banana hoax, thank fuck, but had heard that you coul...

Re: CAN YOU SMOKE BLUNTS IN THE COFFEESHOPS ?
Does anyone know how the tobacco police carry out their sterling duties? I'm guessing that they're more likely to pose as customers and pounce when someone rolls a spliff with tobacco without being challenged rather than storm into the place and make everyone unwrap things, but I really have no idea.

Photobucket warning
A lot of us use Photobucket to host pictures we post here. Not everybody may be aware that if you do, people can go to it from wherever you post anything. So probably best not to put anything there you don't want everyone to see, and or use your real name or a nickname that you can be tracked by.

Re: Arrival rituals
I usually call my hotel to check if I can drop my bags of, which I do if it is possible as that is a huge relief. What hotels don't allow this? I've never phoned ahead, and it's never been a problem. Likewise leaving your stuff after you check out, and picking it up later. Well, except at Voyagers,...

Re: What strain for insane giggles?
I'm a complete disbeliever in the Sativa/Indica debacle - largely because it's now well understood that the terms have been misappropriated and continue to be misused. If there are any particular effects to be felt from any given strain - as we learn more about the plant and refine the science; it'...

Just don't set off the alarm. If you stand at the window and smoke, you won't. And the view is priceless.
