heading over to the Dam next week for a flying visit, and just wondered if i am correct in thing Utopia is now open from 9am daily now ? i really hope so , as i would like to pop in when we first arrive

Just wonder what this CS policy is regards smoking weed/hash from other places here, i would obviously buy something to smoke and drink from here, but wandered if smoking something from other shop is ok ? Also does anyone know what the hash is like here?

You need to be 18 in every coffeeshop. I have never encountered one with a different minimum age. Almost every coffeeshop is 'super strict' about that as they might lose their license otherwise. no i haven't but was also interested, as the Afghan is pretty expensive compared to most coffeeshops
