Keukenhof worth a visit if the Tulips are not in bloom? Trying to get out there when the Tulips are blooming. They may or may not be, but some flowers will be in bloom. Is it still worth a visit if the Tulips are not in bloom?

Is the colored brick street still there on Spuistraat? Thanks.....
