The Blueberry from Noon has a special offer, or go outside Amsterdam. In haarlem there are nice coffee and nice offers or for this is good a little city like Delft where you can buy 12€ 2.5g and there is a offer I think buying two pocket you receive a 1.2g gift ..... very cheap and good quality, not...

Almost all coffee have the limit to 18 years old.
Only a little number of coffee have the limit at 21 (1 in leiden, 2-3 in ams, etc..) so You can go in a lot of coffee without problem.
