yes! you can smoke and drink on these boats. only problem is that theres no bathroom on board so I gess will all have to use the can before we set sail. But this isn't so bad -the trip is only 1 to 1 and a half hrs. long . So everyone start practising holding it in....

I'll set up 2 boat tours, one for Saturday, day people.
One for Monday, night people.
