Nice List :D I'm back out to Amsterdam in less than two weeks, and my shopping and visiting list is surprisingly similar. Two other places which have a great (ie friendly and relaxed) atmosphere and quality smoke at reasonable prices are Paradox and Katsu. Sadly I think that Homegrown Fantasy is due...

Great report! Thanks for taking the time! I have always liked the Cornerhouse, stayed there a load of times and it is great value and comfortable enough. Definately not one for those who like their hotels luxurious, but the rooms on the top floor are really big for the price; I love room 20 as it o...

Wow. Great report. I shared some of the same concerns as you regarding smoking after a long break from it and wondering if I would even feel comfortable with the whole coffeshop experience. But reading this forum has given me a fairly good idea of what to expect thanks to all the great information ...

Bravo, that was one of the best reports I've read, what were your impressions of the Cornerhouse? I've read mainly favourable reviews and have always had it as a back up hotel. Cheers Boner I liked the Cornerhouse. Its in a great location, and to get to the rooms, you need to walk through the brown...

Hey Cheese Glad you like the report. Sadly I havent got any contacts here, so dont smoke at home. If that changes, then I'm sure I will be smoking a lot more. :) For some reason I do much better abroad, and have just come back from a month in India where I got through 20 grams of prime hash and weed...

Amsterdam .... the Return

Only five hours passed by, between locking my door at home, and walking out the front of Amsterdam Central Station. And yet twenty whole years had passed since the last time I made a trip to the Dam. To be honest, I wasn’t sure if I was doing the right thing. After spending much of my teens and twen...

Solo over Easter (April 10 - 13)

Hi there I'm making good use of the Easter bank holidays and just booked up my second trip in six months. By then I wont have had a smoke for eight weeks! Probably staying at the Cornerhouse, and I am currently making a shortlist of coffeeshops to visit (including my first visit to the 420) Will be ...

South Indian smoking

http://i39.tinypic.com/2v30x8z.jpg It's not Amsterdam. It's South India. This (and a lot more) was given to me by a good friend on my latest trip to South India, and I have been caning it there for the last four weeks. The weed is Keralan Grass, and is as "outdoor" as it gets. Grown by th...

And the great thing is, if you believe what you wrote, then that is true, but if you then decide to believe what I have written, then that is true. Both are right, eventually people will agree or not, and realise that everything is just a point of view, and that right and wrong don't really exist N...

There's some good discussion here. Wouldnt it be great to be having it over some smokes in Amsterdam :) Lord Average wrote: I also see a lot of people with various stages of alzheimers ....... but they couldnt remember what the question was (sorry, dodgy humour!) Good Thread I have to say first off, that I havent done any focused research on cannabis. So my contributions do not have any great authority, they are just musings, and personal beliefs based upon experience. I work as a health professional, and have a fair bit of knowledge of alzheimers, neurology...

I had some of this from Homegrown Fantasy in Nov 2008. The best smoke of the trip for me. Even better than the Nevils Haze from Dampkring. It was SMOOOOOOTH With a really, really nice high. The first joint I smoked left me with a three hour gap in my memory. I know I left the cafe, and went walking....
