if you want to drink and smoke I would advise you smoke up first. Maybe it's just me but if I drink then smoke it's a recipe for disaster. And I echo the stay away from pre-rolls, learn yourself before you go - or get a rolling-mat if you still can't do it. Most places will have a bong or Vaporiser ...
