I noticed cats in just about every bar, coffee shop, and restaurant that I went into. The only exception was the Hard Rock Cafe' they didn't have a cat, but I did see a mouse there. Coincidence???

I agree with geoffk. Brouwerij 't IJ it is not near Vondelpark, but it is worth the trip.
