I'd like to know as well. In another post, someone mentioned Cafe Belgique as a smoker friendly bar. Do you ask the staff and the people sitting near you if it's ok? I would assume, unless everyone is toking, that you would not want to piss your fellow patrons off by sparking up without asking.

I think the brochure should mention the mopeds (scooters) that also like to ride in the bike lanes. They scared the shit out of me.
