I've haven't been to the Sea Palace, but in 2000 me and my friends frequented Dante's quite a bit. They have some art on walls and it's nice and casual. It was a lot cheaper back then for us, when the dollar was worth more. I don't think it's too pricey though. It's also in one of my favorite areas;...
