I don't think you need to stay away from any areas. I've wandered around alone well after midnight without any troubles. I would never carry your passport with you. Put it in a safe place in your room. You will never need it. Although you might want to carry a driver's license with you. I use a mone...

Me and a friend stopped by here in June, 2006. Friendly budtender, and top notch views out the large window. The bud wasn't anything spectacular, I can't remember right now what it was. The only thing I didn't care for was the place reminded my of a '50s American diner. It was a little too bright, a...

The airport is not in town. So, you'll want to pick a spot maybe near the train station where I assume you'll be arriving from. Generally I stay away from the Centrum (nearest the station), but I've heard De Kuil is good shop and it looks pretty easy to get to. My favorite shop in the Centrum is Gre...

June 2006
I realize I'm a little overdue, but since I've just become a forum member, I thought I would share some of pics from my last trip to the Dam. My and my bud were on our way to the World Cup last year. We started out in Amsterdam for only 3 nights. The first time I was there (March, 2000) was a lot co...

KALI MIST
I tried a Kali Mist at Bluebird a while back, a great head buzz. Stick with a sativa. Although Bluebird isn't near where you are. The Greenhouse Effect is pretty close to where you are staying, I would try there. Ask for a good sativa or sativa mix.

Organic?
How might I find out if a weed/hash is organic? I have seen the word bio to describe organic fruits and veggies in Europe, but I thought it didn't mean the same in dope growing terms. Next time I visit the Dam, I'd like to find some organic weed.

Bon Bons
I know I'm a little late, and hopefully not too dated, but I picked up some excellent bon bons at Bluebird in '00.

Siberie
I found this place after seeing the crowd at Barney's. It's just south and a little bit east. I liked it so much, I've been back. I've tried the Red Bud, Lady Edelweiss, Mighty Whitey and an outdoor purple skunk that was excellent. They also have very good coffee and a nice atmosphere. A great day t...
