couple, 26, regular visitors to the dam, never done TnT before but would be great to meet up for a smoke if anyone else is around at this time?

They are National Vocational Qualifications, that you get through work. For example if you work in Admin you will be assessed against criteria of your knowledge and performance and recieve a qualification at the end of it (usually 12 months).
