Pappilon coffeeshop is a 2 minute walk from that address and i personally think it's a good shop to chill, they also give a discount if you buy 2 or 5 grams. Prices start around 8euro per gram. Katsu and De Graal are also nearby although Katsu is not a favourite of mine.
