Re: Advice for a pre rolled newbie

Oh, and for the love of god, don't buy weed at the Bulldog. At none of them. Puleeeaaase? The tobacco thing is a sort of religion. Some do, some don't. Smoking without tobacco is better, but more expensive. As it often is in life. Smoking tobacco is ILLEGAL in coffeeshops, so they have these no smok...

Bacon might work ;-), but it's usually something like hot chocolate.

Re: Made a map that tells you what coffeeshops are shut till

There was a story about 13 coffeeshops thinking about throwing come cash together to pay for the school to move. No details in the article I read.

And yes, I'm also pretty sure that Rookies is now off that list. Will find out this weekend ;-)

Re: Problem concerning alternatives to smoking THC.....

Nonono, don't put THC butter on space cakes. Space cakes are made with THC butter. No need to add more, generally ;-) And yes, you can just eat hash, but it needs to be eaten with some fat, because THC is not water soluble. I'd recommend she try a Volcano vaporizer. The material is not burnt, so the...

Whoa, Jon's rendition of Chaka Khan's "Ain't nobody" is awesome. If I was in town on the 17th, I'd totally score two visits to Paradiso this time.

Re: Jon Gomm Live at the Paradiso, March 17th!!!

Ah, I see. Tricky timing ;-) We have it easier because we should be at Centraal by 5:45pm, walk over to Voyagers to check in and then make our way down to Leidseplein. But then, we picked the date for the trip *because* of the concert ;-) I kind of stumbled upon Raul Midon when somebody posted this ...

Re: Jon Gomm Live at the Paradiso, March 17th!!!

You COULD also get your ticket online and not worry about it selling out. Did that for Raul Midon on the 21st and it worked without any problems. BTW, Raul also does some weird shit with his guitar.

Re: Really no reason to fight in my state....

You gotta stop smoking that dangerous drug! Dude, 37 people died from MJ overdose on the first day of legalisation in Colorado. Holy fuckamoly.

Seriously, I'm wondering why you haven't packed up and moved to Colorado. I hear it's pretty nice there. And much closer to California ;-)

Re: sim cards

WiFi? SIM card? I'm confused. You don't need a SIM card for WiFi. If you do want a SIM card for internet access, I recommend bliep or Vodafone.

Holy cow, I don't know how special your birthdays are, but mine certainly aren't special enough for the Dylan.

Just checked the rates for our weekend in March - these are per night, €495, €750,€975, €1175.

Re: 2nd trip to Amsterdam, July 2014

Well, what I learned a long, long time ago in school was that as long as all of their basic requirements are met, they really don't have a reason to go anywhere. So that would be food & water, enough space, some spot where they can hide (for most animals) and whatever that particular animal need...

Re: Buying SIM-card?

Who do you call locally while on Holiday? Personally, I go on holiday to get away from it all. I keep my own phone in case of emergencies but I can't imagine needing a local number if I were only going to be away for a few days or even a couple of weeks. What do you use it for? I really am curious....
