Re: Edibles - more than cakes and cookies?
Given the odd state of cannabis laws in the Netherlands - it's not legal but just tolerated, I can't see all the variety of edibles there. You need the environment to be totally legal or quasi-legal (medical) to make the market stable enough for folks to invest in creating those edibles.

Been here many times, it is indeed the best apple cake in the Dam. Spliff + walk in Jordaan followed by appel tart and coffee at Winkel. Perfection!

Second a vote for checking out Burger Bar. Get yourself a 270gram Black Angus with bacon and cheddar and you will be a happy stoner. Other even better burgers to try: Burgermeester (locations in De Pijp and Jordaan) http://www.burgermeester.eu/ and The Butcher (located in De Pijp and my fa...

Coffeeshops and Kingsday?
Arriving at Mokum on Queensday this year, anyone know what the coffeeshop hours are like? Normal schedules or are a lot closed? I asked about this in the travel plans thread and got one vote for Paradox, just wanted to get a few more opinions.
Cheers in advance!
