When can you expect to see the stands selling Oliebollen??? I know i can get them in the pastry shops, but the ones from the stands are better...

You can always ask the dealer to roll you one, depending on whether or not he/she is busy im sure they don't mind...Just throw them a tip to show your appreciation..
