Thanks for posting! I didn't really have time, should have been to bed hours ago (but then again; I can't really consentrate on work these days anyway...), so I decided on ending the evening by reading your report - again; excellent writing! I just ease into the writing and for someone with an overl...

I guess this report may have given a more one sided story from the RLD perspective - you may enjoy the previous ones more I feel I took you up on that, and read your reports on trip four, five and six. Enjoyed every single one (like fuel to my "can't wait to go to dam"-fire  ) Again,...

My girlfriend and I sometimes play a sort of bluesy tune, usually happens when we've been reminiscing over our trip together. All she sings though is "I left my heart in old Amsterdam"... Kinda bittersweet, makes us both too sad with longing, so we never work on it. I fear writing the lyri...

Read your reports on day four and five of this trip, excellent writing :) RLD was not my cup of tea (because I'm a woman perhaps, it kinda freaked me out), but it was interesting to read about your experiences. Always refreshing to try on other perspectives. Glad you posted them, look forward to rea...

Ah, all the warm welcomes... I had a sneaking suspicion I would feel right at home here (feels good to be right :)). As far as travel reports are concerned, I wrote 20 pages or so after my last visit (which lasted two days...). Nice way to remember the trip. Also, I tend not to take too many picture...

Hihi, DC... Hope to see you at the park, just look for the girl looking like a dog that's just been shown a card trick :o

Cross my fingers for sun! Perhaps I'll run into you at Nes, already marked it on my map :)

Take care!

Thanks, Doog, I know there'll be chats to remember for life... And I know I'll forget some of them, occupational hazard when in Amsterdam I guess ;)

Good luck on your hunt for time and money, Rez, sure hope it works out for you!

Thanks for writing, I had a fun time reading your reports. Your writing is very good and has a nice flow to it. I smiled to myself when I read about the cliff notes :D That’s what I’m doing right now, I bought a street map of Amsterdam and now I’m marking the spots of the places I plan to go and so ...

Fifteen days and counting (June 13th!)

Sun is shining in Trondheim, I should’t complain, I know, days like these don’t grow on threes. But, you see... “I left my heart in the Dam...” I have been to Amsterdam once. I stayed for two nights last September, my girlfriend and I went on a road trip (a real one, actually had to get under the ho...

My first wisit to a coffe shop ever was Bluebird, and for that alone it will always be special to me :) For someone who is not even used to people smoking cigarettes indoors (I live in Norway...), it was quite overwhelming. I have no idea what I bought, I just asked for something really mild as we w...

Thanks for the friendly welcome! This seems like a nice family :D Now all I have to do is figure out a way to make the next two week pass... fast! Since I'm travelling alone this time, it would be really nice to meet up with other members (just posted my dates on "who's in town", June 13-2...
