i think you can just get a return amsterdam to zandvoort and break the journey for a stop in Harlem AFAIK

High all just noticed from 2 Feb 2022 the need to isolate for 10 days now has exemptions. If you have proof of having all 3 shots, including the booster, at least 7 days before travel date. you also need a quarantine declaration even if you don't need to self isolate! see https://www.government.nl/t...
