Another solo journey
Heya peoples! Time to write a little story about my latest 2-day haze in Amsterdam that took place between 27th-29th Oct. Apologies in advance for my wandering-off writing style and lack of detailed smoke reports. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Boarding the train on a sunny monday morning in Hannover, whe...

That's a lot of shops being closed if that list is to be believed. A shame.

Short Term Amnesia would be my guess. Outdoors & autoflower by a pal. Functions like an exotic sativa.

March 28-30
Hola So, another solo trip is quickly approaching (it's a short stay due to circumstances) and I'm very curious to meet some locals & tourists, men and women alike. 8) I bunk near Leidseplein and can probably often be found at Amnesia, but the idea is to visit shops I've never been to before, an...
377 House
To my understanding this boutique hotel was opened recently. It's located at Nassaukade 377. I personally find the location great and I'm visiting later in Nov.

I like your reporting style, man.
Always a pleasure reading well-written stories instead of... well, your typical chaotic carbage. I'm hereby taking some tips from you.

Re: Recommendations for an amateur
A very low price is usually an indicator that the strain is lacking punch, but on the other hand it can also mean that the effects of the said batch are unpleasant or it tastes bad... The secret is in smoking very small amounts first. I would ask recommendations from the budtenders, provided they lo...

Re: Your 3 Favourite Coffeeshops
These are bound to chance after every visit. I don't like to rate places i've been to only 1nce, but lets say 1. Amnesia - I haven't been over in several years, but it used to be awesome at least. Pink Floyd used to be awesome too, but now it's ruined (Dampkring 2). 2. Bluebird - Location & menu...

Re: Greenhouse
I really like Greenhouse Central, but only when it's not overly crowded. The only strain they carry that has knocked my socks off is Hawaiian Snow - try it if you haven't! Unless it's history, which would be a raging shame.
I haven't been to the other GH shops.

Re: The Old Nickel, Amsterdam. Has anyone stayed here?
I was in Nickel a year or two ago and the real downer is that their single rooms are way too small, I felt like sleeping in a wc. Rather underwhelming, but that's what you pay for. My advice is book only if you're seriously on the budget and like the location. Oh well, the mistake was mine and... th...

Re: What was your first and last Coffeeshop visited
I never figured out the name of the first coffeeshop I dwelled into in 2005, as I was merely following another person, still confused about all the daze in Ams. It was in the center, had some colorful lights outside and it was small. I did buy AK47 and it wrecked my virgin butt. The first one I reme...

Re: It takes time to get over leaving Mokum: Lamont's Trip
Leaving Dam is one of the hardest things to do. I never go to forums right after coming home, cause I know that my next trip is far away, living so far away from Mecca of Weed. Ok so do you, but you're lucky to have a job that constantly takes ya there. :P It's painful enough (but also much fun!) to...

Re: Your first smoke
It was during my exchange period in Germany in the summer of 2005. We lived in dorms and my housemate was dealing some... so, finally later that summer I suddenly thought to ask if he got any, and he rolled a reefer from bud. took a few hits and began to feel very strange... I initally felt a little...
