The wife and I stayed in Heiloo, about 1/2 hour north of Amsterdam. Spent a week at the Golden Tulip in Heiloo and cost us 575 euros, breakfast included. This was in the middle of Oct. so not to sure when rates change. If you like peace and quite, this is the place. Small town, very friendly people....

Yes any Haze should do the trick and there are many to chose from. You must hit The Coin, a great place to hang out. Stop in at The Albert Cup, next to the brewery. One long outdoor market. You'll like the Heineken Tour. Free beer and a free gift when you leave. AzLaker
