Not sure of the exact numbers - but there are multiple en-suite rooms on every floor. As far as I can tell they outnumber the dorms at least 2 or 3 to 1. I inagine the Dutch would be most upset to find you importing a controlled substance like Cannabis. Doesn’t mean it’s not possible - it’s just a risk you’ll have to decipher for yourself.
