Most coffeeshops are very careful about keeping their licenses, so are very strict about rules (no under 18's, hard drugs etc)... Some coffeeshops are happy to offer alcohol and weed, but unless you were buying your wine from them, i very much doubt they would let you bring your own...May be try th...
