Re: coffeeshop Bros / Hunters

This is pretty much a locals only shop, there's little to no reason for any tourists to be up here. The shop seems to have remained unchanged since the takeover. New Hunters BTs are mixed in with the old ones, the old owner seems to still do a shift every now and then. The shop is mostly decorated w...

Re: Hunters

Just stopped by, no regular Bros BT's but 2 Hunters guys. Was served by a guy with a purple mohawk, he was very polite but slow as fuck, he also managed to shortchange me 1 euro. I couldn't be bothered to tell m, it was way to hot and he was way to slow. When weighing my 3g Jack he spent about 45 se...

Re: Hunters

Definitely agree with that one. Always grab some of this at some point. It's still 12 Euro a gram too if i'm not mistaken. Can anyone confirm? Last time I was at the Warmoesstraat location it was. At their shop in Amsterdam Noord it's 10.80 a gram. They got rid of the 5% 5g discount there, but drop...

Re: Kadinsky

I very much doubt that it's a 100% sativa, even though that's what it says on their menu. Any SSH I've ever had or seen is not a 100% sativa. Does it look like a 100% sativa, or like a regular SSH bud? To see what a 100% sativa looks like, see the Grinspoon in pengaldinho's latest trip report: http...

Re: Voyagers

I think the quality at Voyagers has declined recently. At the start of 2013 they were by far the best shop in Dam, but I feel the strains have not been varied too often lately, and their best strains haven't been on the menu... (Bio lemon, notorious Og) saying this, they are still one of the best s...

Re: Hunters

Funny enough the G13 Amnesia is superb. Big sticky resinous buds, well dried but sticks to everything. Proper smell and taste. Wonderfully grown. And at €54 per 5g the price isn't terrible either.

Luckily for me this new Hunters shop isn't a complete disaster yet.

Re: Hunters

Hunters just took over Bro's coffeeshop up in the northern part of Amsterdam. It was a nice locals shop, basic menu with ww, jack, amnesia and some polm. Quality was decent, occasionally good, sometimes bad. Now they have a slimmed down Hunters menu, 7-8 flower strains and 3 different hashes. Got so...

Re: Voyagers

Went in yesterday for some more Fromage Bleu but was recommended to get the Casey instead. Was supposed to be really strong and very popular atm. It smelled and looked pretty good, but its really not that strong. The €10/g pricetag is ok, but its not worth anything more. I regret not getting the FB.

Re: Kadinsky

Thank you very much for recommending it! Picked up 5g of the Brown Sugar today at the Zoutsteeg location near the Dam, monitor said they had a little over 14 grams left before my purchase, so they should still have some left. Rolled about .9 grams in a joint, I'm only a third into it and I already l...

Re: Kadinsky

Oh that sounds very interesting. Hope I can pick up 5g for 50 this weekend, should be a good deal then.

BTW which shop did you guys visit? The one closest to the Dam(zoutsteeg) or one of the other 2? Rosmarijnsteeg or Langebrugsteeg. I've seen some major menu differences between them before.

Re: Voyagers

Thanks for the menu pic gapie, much appreciated. Please o please let there be some Fromage Bleu left on Friday. Maybe I can drop by on Thursday, but I doubt it. Also is the Lemon Bubble there as an extra or maybe to fill a gap between SBLH harvests? Or are they planning to replace the SBLH?
