DSOM's trip report 3rd - 8th june
Day 1. I was awake before my alarm rang at 4.00 a.m. Caught the 5.21 to London and arrived at Kings Cross at 7.00 a.m. for the 8.16 Eurostar Direct to Amsterdam. Kings Cross was mayhem - two interlocking queues for two different destinations with everyone desperate not to miss their train. 4 hours l...

Hello.
I've been a long time lurker on this site having made a few posts under my gloomy user name about 10 years ago. Have very much enjoyed this site and many a time I have sat here and drooled at the wares on offer in 'Dam. On the advice of a mate (Sgt Dogs!!) I decided to finally make a trip to Amsterd...

Re: The new strain of cannabis that could help treat psychos
Two things the 'New-World-Order' systematically lies about: One is psychosis, another is cannabis.

I'm out of my depth here and sounded like an old woman. But it ain't what you say but your reason for saying it. It's his tongue and everyone knows what he meant. I liked this board and know there are people here who know what they are talking about. No-one owns language and 'liberals' can be real f...

Re: Bushdocter
Phenomenal. Honestguy makes a (probably) valid comment about some plastic (white) guy. Oldtimer then asks a treacherous, snide question. Homestguy bats him of with some random wiki link and then Keymoncha wants him burnt (don't forget your white pointy hat). God I hate the modern world. Meanwhile I'...

Geneva
Hello. I'm travelling to the French Alps in the next few days. I'm wondering whether it would be easy to score in Geneva (Switzerland). Also, what are French/Swiss customs like on the border?
Any info. would be useful.
Thanks, Dark-side.

Re: Student looking for some insight...
How about something based around the question: 'Does cannabis use CAUSE schizophrenia?' This notion is now deeply embedded in much of modern (U.K.)society. It is one of those things where if enough people say it is true then it must be true. It is the argument that the state uses to justify its viol...

Re: UK reviews
There's much more intelligent informed discussion over Drug Policy these days (in U.K.).
Admittedly in the past you would have got more sense out of a rock (both stoners and War-On-Drugs proponents)

Re: Where in Madrid
I'm amazed that (my) advice actually worked! Btw I spent a summer busking at the Banco De Espana metro tunnel when it had lights, a newsagent, and lots of Africans selling fake ciggies. Now it's just dark and smells of piss... Even with mass unemployment and huge debt I still reckon the Spanish have...

No. What happens is this Comustal guy smokes, has a complete nervous breakdown and spends the rest of his life explaining how cannabis ruined his life (Daily Mail headline "Evil pushers ruined son's life"). In other words: don't grow up, blame the messanger (cannabis) and not the message (...

Re: Where in Madrid
Try around the Plaza Dos de Mayo (Tribunal metro) during early evening. This is an area with lots of good bars anyway. Also I'm lead to believe that outside the Retiro metro is possible (during day-time). Lots of Madrilenos have a pretty relaxed attitude. I reckon you could do worse than going to th...

Re: The Feds finally take a stand...
I think decriminalisation in the U.K. will come in time. Perhaps as part of a coordinated European Union relaxation of laws on cannabis. I'm no expert on weed related things but I reckon the thing to watch is attitudes towards med. marijuana (like the U.S.) - change has recently happened in France f...
