If a TnT is held in the morning it becomes a WnB....Wake and Bake.. :) 8) i would say that a Wake&Bake is the first smoke you have immediately after waking up but before breakfast, though making coffee the very first thing is allowed imho a TnT (or T&T or tnt) in the morning could be a tnt....
