I'd check out http://www.airbnb.com for apartment rentals too. It's a lot more private and really easy to find smoker friendly places. Of course you won't get the free breakfast as you would in a hotel or BnB, but there's nothing wrong with smoking a out of a RooR and then making yourself some bacon...
