If you've got a special attachment for your e-cig I don't think it would be a problem (as they are jus the same tech as the vape pens) a bit shatter or some real bubbly morrocan or decent dry seive should do the trick , prob most reliable place for BHO is 1e Hulp

Read above iv done that , it has shut the water off in the kitchen but not bathroom

Trying to do some routine maintenance and change the tap (faucet?) washers , turned off the stopcock under the sink , it's turned my water off in the Kitchen but not bathroom !!!!?? Wtf ?

I'm thinkin either outside stopcock , or need to run water for a while to drain tank ? (Live in a flat)
