Christmas and New Year in Amsterdam

Thinking about going end of this year to Amsterdam and want to stay for 10 days. Any tips for me besides some shops are more than welcome.
Will rent just like previous time an E-bike so it's really easy to visit everything.

it's a great time. New Years is amazingly chaotic and fanciful.. and fairly safe if ya pay attention to where the fire crackers are coming from. Do it!! If you are into restaurants and good food - make reservations to where you want to eat in advance.

#1 Senses

there is no menu, but they make amazing food for vegetarians, along with meat and fish eaters. It is a delight for your senses. There are also special surprises in between courses. (They will have a michellan star soon) The food is spectacular and the price is reasonable.

#2 De Kas

this is out of the centrum but also fabulous. Again no menu - you choose vegetarian, fish or meat and they serve you creative and absolutely delicious food.

trust me - if you want a food experience, neither of these places will disappoint.
