I really really hope we can make it this year.
Europe and America seem to have all their eggs in the vaccine basket now, having spectacularly failed at containment and testing.
Fortunately it seems that vaccines can work so we have to hope that they can clean up their mess that way. It will take some time though. Fingers crossed that somehow the situation is sufficiently improved by April.

The vaccine developments have been great! Also incidence rates in Spain have dropped to the lowest since August and it's the height of winter when it was expected to be at its worst, so for the first time since March I'm feeling hopeful about things in general.
