Interesting. That happened once before. Sounds like they sorted it out pretty quickly. It must've been fixed by the time you posted this otherwise you wouldn't have been able to.

Mysql error about 4 minutes ago too... May need some tweaks as we grow

Maybe not delete this thread. It can be a place for site errors?

I'm still getting errors like this too - any advice on what its best to post (what info do the techies need!!) to make best use of the thread?

I had the one Hulldj posted a few minutes ago, tried to load again and it was fine.

Thanks hulldj - it's easy to take all the hard work behind this site for granted! Big up to the techies!!

Looks like the forum has been a little unstable today due to someone exceeding their t&c's at the server company.

Seems to be sorted but let us know if you are having issues.

Missed this one... sorry Mr Incognito...

best thing to do is take a screen shot and post it in this thread.

Windows 7 8 & 10 have a little program called "snipping tool" that will assist in this or the obvious PRT SC button will copy a full screenshot into memory and you can open paint and PASTE into the built in PAINT program.

Snipping tool is so much less messing.

Cheers for the help.

But

Sometimes there isn't much one can do but sit it out.

Just an example of a random server status at one of the datacenters and the times it took to resolve the problem.

Have a good weekend everyone.

While skipping through the wonderful archive. What's this?

viewforum.php?f=10&start=1950
viewforum.php?f=11&start=4800
viewforum.php?f=3&start=3850

Tends to happen with sub-forums with many pages. No need for panic I assume from my amateurish perspective just some junk files, right?!

I guess they must've got screwed up when I restored the backup last year. Hope we didn't lose anything important.
