Add an Instagram bbcode to a phpBB Forum

I tried to add this but the server blocked it. The youtube bbcode still works so I guess I must've added that when we were on a different server and it got carried over with the data. That suggests I can probably hack it in. I'll have a go at that when I get a spare moment.

The YouTube videos don't seem to be working anymore Lemming. You can post the video and the horizontal scrolling bar still comes up but the videos don't show up anymore mate.

It worked with Internet Explorer on my laptop but Chrome on my Android phone doesn't show them. Strange.

Looks like it works!

This is a new bbcode for 'media'. It does loads of things including Instagram, Facebook, flickr and many more.

The only thing it doesn't do at the moment is YouTube. That's because we already have the youtube bbcode extension and if I remove that all of the existing videos will stop working. I can probably fix that in time but for the time being you'll have to use the current method for YouTube.

Hope that provides the Instagram functionality you were looking for.

Thanks for keeping YouTube alive!! There's so much Music not to mention Hash Church and Grow Tube Roundtable that would be lost if the existing videos stopped working!

I use phpbb3 version 3.2.1 and I'm trying on localhost, but this bbcode does not work for me.
