Rather than being sorted by street, these indices are sorted by type (open coffeeshop, closed coffeeshop, open headshop, etc.) and alphabetically. It's slightly different to the main alphabetical listing in that only one word of the shop's current name is used.
They're little different to the street indices for towns with few shops but might be useful for big cities like:
Amsterdam by type alphabetically
Rotterdam by type alphabetically
(haven't tested this functionality on Apple yet. Should be OK but you never know)
