One of the big problems here in Washington/Oregon for recreational sales is that folks who wanted weed bad enough have already gotten their medical cannabis card, and can purchase much cheaper weed from a dispensary (less overhead, taxes, etc.). There's talk of merging the recreational and medical sides...
