I saw this awhile ago as well.
Watch Doug whenever he takes a hit.
I lost count of how many times he took a fake hit. He takes a hit but doesn't inhale, instead he breaths through his nose and then exhales through his mouth, pushing the smoke out. Look at the density of the smoke when he exhales. What a poser.
Sadder still, I don't think he's funny, and I was stoned when I watched it.

I have to agree with DUR. Doug is not funny, IMO. I remember going out to rent this when it came out. I was high when I watched it and still didn't like it.

He is not the best comedian in the world but he has his moments. I think he'd be cooler to hang out with rather than watch him do stand up.

As for the fake inhales...

I caught this too and was wondering WTF, how does the "#2 pot comic in the world" get away with this? Turns out he wasn't inhaling only on camera because it is illegal in the US so they can not show it. If you rewatch the film, you'll see that he takes monster inhales when in california (where his Med card is legit) but then doesn't inhale when he is in the other states. Might be bullsh*t, who knows.

The movie 4:20 hour stand-up is a lot funnier. It has Benson in it but also there is an older gentleman who is f*cking hilarious. There are other comedians as well who tell some good ones.

I didn't like this video, just found it a bit cringey, seems like the guy was playing up to the stereotypical non-stoner perception of a stoner. We're not all incapable of speaking in a non-monotone and holding our heads up.
