Febo is fast junk food, but I much prefer it to burger king, kfc or mcdonalds. I prefer to look at it as "street food" dutch style. However that's maybe not how most see it.

Grill sauce burgers are one of my favourite things in Amsterdam. Kipburgers are ok too. Secret is to go at busy times when the food turnover is high.

I have eaten at febo dozens of times and have never had any problems, and my stomach is very susceptible to bugs.

some lekker FEBO drama...

POWER-RANKING THE FEBO AUTOMAT'S WALL OF FOOD
https://www.thrillist.com/eat/amsterdam ... -amsterdam

<spoiler alert>
1. Cheese soufflé (kaassoufflé)
FEBO’s full name includes the slogan "de lekkerste", or “the tastiest”. This is what they were talking about: aged Gouda, breaded and battered and deep-fried, oozing out of its crusty shell with each bite. We have a clear winner.

(i've never tried it- another reason to get back to mokum  )

You never went to Febo? Or just never tasted the cheese souflet? Either way, your mistake shall be corrected next time as the cheese souflet is my no1 thing in Febo, absolutely brilliant;D

hey papi, i've been to febo many a time, and like the kippenbout quite a bit,
but never knew they did this particular kaas thing. i like gouda, so this sounds really lekker.
thanks for backing up the review's winner.

Still something new for you to try man, kippenbout is also nice one. But when it comes to cheesesouflet i like mine a bit more crispy and darker on the outside. That's when you know your cheese has been melted properly:)

i've liked their FB page, and they post regularly.
also have the febo app, which has a febo-geo-location function.
i'm deeply coveting those FEBO sandals.
maybe they'll sell them thru a wall of little glass doors...
