Cannabis restaurants

Post by crazycatlady »

Does anybody know if there are any weed restaurants in Dam?
I've googled but had no luck - although I'm not the best at this internet stuff! ( This is for after lockdown has lifted)
Thanks for any input. ☺️

No, cannabis isn’t legal in Amsterdam only decriminalised in certain circumstances. The only place you can buy cannabis goods from is a licensed coffeeshop.

Those edibles you see in tourist shops contain 0 thc

there was one on Haarlemmerstraat for about a year, maybe 4-6 years ago . I believe it was shot at, and then was closed. Reopened without weed and lasted for another year, then closed. I believe Greenhouse owned/ran it. too bad, the food was quality. They did not cook with cannabis, but had vapes on the tables.

Thanks for your responses!
DjShaggy- Don't worry, I am aware of the fact that it's only decriminalised, I've been going over several times a year for the last two decades But I know there were one or two pop up restaurants about 6/7 years ago and I wondered if any of the coffeeshops that serve food had branched out that way, especially with what is being cooked up in other countries (No pun intended). It makes it easier for non smokers who use it to medicate without having to eat cake all the time, and we do travel with someone like that on occasions!🙂

FlyByNight- Thanks for that, but I'm already familiar with them, but they will be thankful for the share. I may not have been after all!! 😊

CopenhagenCouple- I guessing FlyByNight shared it due to my user name! ☺️
