Where to get buses to Belgium n France ?

Post by Von Goat Weed »

We thinking of taking bus to and back
Anyone know where to get buses either to Belgium's capital or Paris ?
I've already got info on price range 70--80 euros return < 1/3 of the train prices ;( and 3x the time to get to either ;(

What bus company? And when you found your price they didn't tell you where the bus departs from? Did you even check the website or even the threads in Transport that covers this question?
Are you stoned? Like a gravel road bitch, like a gravel road!

Dunno where you are getting your prices from but the train one-way (not Thalys) changing at Rotterdam is e39.20 full fare and takes two and a half hours.

I didn't buy ticket ! I'm looking into buying one but where do I grab the buses and buy ticket ( the price I got was from google searching but they didn't say where in Amsterdam I grab the bus)

Tell me more cause all I found was thalys so your telling me 48e return to Rotterdam plus x 40euro be cheaper then 212euro return 2ed class ticket? So ride would just be 4 hours (Amsterdam Rotterdam 90 minutes)

Use this website.

https://www.b-europe.com/Travel

2 hrs Brussels to Rotterdam, cross platform connection on to the old Fyra train and 42 minutes to the Dam. Doing this myself next Tuesday. e78.40 return.

Eurolines is, I think, cheaper than ID-Bus, and they leave from Amstel Station. Around €20 for a single to Paris or Brussels: http://www.eurolines.nl/en/

They don't take that much longer than the train, or at least the non-Thalys train I took on that route once, unless there's some sort of delay. Then they do.
