Sounds like somebody loves me... And I will be getting a 696 for around town Opa. I never claimed the bike was my own.

A 08'/09' 696 will do fine around the ring.

Groetjes..

Oh no you don't want one of those
From my point of view there are a few problems
1, it's a V
2, it's a four stroke
3, far to modern
4 it's a Ducati
What you want is some Japanese class like my beloved Elsie

Just a shame she is stashed in a garage as I stand no chance of even getting on & off
one day I will bite the bullet & have to start interviewing prospective new owners

The time to bite is over the next 6 months. How much are we talking?

If I get a bike here, is will def. be an 80s Japanese bike, something a bit classic but not something I would lose too much sleep over if it gets stolen.

As I said it will be a case of interviewing prospective new owners to see if they are worthy
& she needs a strip down & rebuild
I did see a 250 last year that they wanted £850 for & it came in it's own set of cardboard box's
At the mo mine has a 250 top end on it that is factory standard
so the top end is probably worth £350 to £500 on it's own

But I still don't think I could sell yet, it would be like selling an arm

We'll have a T&T whenever you're in town. If I'm not there, please refer to my liaison MarcO.

This has to be one of the funniest post race press conferences ever (yesterdays supersport race 2)

about 3 minutes 10 seconds in
It doesn’t bear thinking about
But proves they are hard (or not as the case may be)
